My friend, take NJ Transit from New Jersey to Penn Station New York.

Once at Penn Station NY, transfer to the New York City Subway. Take uptown (northbound) "A" express train (Blue line express) from 34th Street to 145th Street.

At 145th Street, go downstairs and transfer to the "B" or "D" trains (Orange Line). Take either the "B" or the "D" train from 145th Street to 161st Street Yankee Stadium.

Now, if you coming from North New Jersey, on either the Pascak Valley Line or the Bergen-Main Line, transfer to any New York City-bound train at Seacacus Junction.

Once in New York follow the above instructions.
