How do I get to see my guide?

It is said everyone has a guide, I would like to know who my guide is.... can anyone tell me.

We actually have a guardian angel, who watches over us all the time but I don't imagine that he would guide us, as such  ??

Besides religion, if you are talking in a spiritualist way, then..... your guide can be seen by people who are gifted to be able to see them. I think its absolute rubbish when they say its an Indian or an Egyptian, Victorian rubbish. If you could physically see your guide then I would think you were a bit confused or batty, BUT you can sense that someone is with you and looking after you.
