How do I get to sleep earlier after late nights in summer?

I've spent all summer going to sleep at 1 am or later, and now that school's started, I want to get to sleep earlier, but I can't because my body seems have gotten used to late nights. What can I do to get myself to fall asleep earlier?

  1. I take benadryl...  


  2. You could wake up really early in the morning one day and then you will be tired at night. I've used benadryl to put myself to sleep if you do that take it 2-3 hours before you want to sleep. I've used bath and body works sleep stuff too but I am a girl lol
