I am out for the Summer right now but I go back to school in 2 weeks and ever since I went to the beach, I have been going to bed at midnight or later and waking up at 11ish. Once school starts, I will have to start waking up at 5:30-6:00! HELP! I also can't stop playing on my computer so don't tell me to go into a dark room without sound and lights. Please help me! I am 12 years old by the way!
