How do I get to sleep earlier?

I am out for the Summer right now but I go back to school in 2 weeks and ever since I went to the beach, I have been going to bed at midnight or later and waking up at 11ish. Once school starts, I will have to start waking up at 5:30-6:00! HELP! I also can't stop playing on my computer so don't tell me to go into a dark room without sound and lights. Please help me!

I am 12 years old by the way!

  1. Well you just have to do it slowly. I just graduated high school and am going to have to do the same thing since I am going to college in a week and a half. Try to go to bed a little earlier ever night. I always had to do that and honestly, it was just something I made myself do I think. Good luck!


  2. Here is what worked for me. I went to bed at whatever time I usually went. I set the alarm clock at an earlier time. I got up at that time. I only got like 2-4 hours of sleep. The next night, I was tired and I fell asleep at an early time.

  3. what you need to do now is get back in to a set time  dont go to bed so late  go too bed at 10 pm then you will wake up at 5 am  and then your be ready for school  you just need to set  a time back too the way it was an the only way is bed at 10 pm max
