  1. the safari zone is located in FUCHSIA CITY & the pokeflute works when a pkmn has put you 2 sleep during a battle it's also used 2 wake up snorlax


  2. The same way as in firered.

  3. the safari zone is in Fuschia City, the farthest city south on the mainland.  It is in the very northernmost area of the city.  There are no tricks to getting into it, all you need si to walk in and pay the 500 dollar enterance fee.
