How do I get tomy avatars 360 web page?

Avatars - see http://avatars.yahoo.com and sign in.

If you are talking about an image for use in Y/A, go to http://360.yahoo.com. Sign in on the left corner (if not already via a Yahoo service), the page refreshes, and click "Yahoo! 360 Home" in the right corner. However, there currently is a delay in 360 images changing on Y/A, when there usually is not. There is not anything really anyone can do except alert the Y/A staff and wait.
