How do I get unbarred from the Yahoo Game rooms?

My barring sentence has been crazily set to high, barred till the year 2021? What's that? while bots run around freely, unjustice for scrolling on the game room...that's how I got barred. Theres got to be a way to get out of being barred...the help line doesn't even work either....

You can't... Yahoo! Blocked your access to Yahoo Games because of rule break and there's no way around it

You may try creating new account but I won't guarantee that it works

My friend i just got barred too,there is solution but i can no say thru here,Yahoo scan all answer and deleted any enemy of yahoo,hahahha if i gave u the info,keep looking if u still like playing with you barred ID

or just create another ID

mine was barred until January 1,2021 wow

Yahoo does no count with the Maya Profecy on Dic 12,2012

I, too, am in this exact same predicament and have had little success with their games abuse people, however, I'll share what I've learned so far:

1. Email 1:  [e-mail]

2. Email 2:  [e-mail]

The first email was obtained by using their automated service, and has resulted in nothing but automated responses.

The 2nd email was given to me this morning by Yahoo! customer service.  Their telephone number is [phone].  She also started a case number for me - we'll see how things develop.

This is a beyond stupid policy with obviously little to no support staff.  Hope this helps and best of luck -

What happened to you is Yahoo's anti-bot program tagged you. You were not reported for abuse or cheating. Only because of a program glitch. And if it says banned till 2015/2021    its just another glitch!  You are among hundreds so far to be unfairly banned. Sadly yahoo is very slow about fixing or responding to this anti-bot program glitch. Here is where you can report the problem. but so far they have not done much to help people.
