How do I get videos off my camera?

I just got back from holiday in Ibiza and took some videos, which i want to put on my computer. But whenever i connect it to the computer, all the photos came on fine, but the videos turn into images and don't play. Anyone know what I can do?

The camera is Panasonic DMC-FX7 - Its quite an old one (at least over 2 years) and i havent used it for 2 years, but i used to be able to take videos off it.

You could just simply use a memory card reader, but since no one wants to buy anything extra, then look up the Panasonic software for your camera, or just use Adobe Bridge if you have it, or even Microsoft Imaging
