How do I get what I think is toothpaste off a chiffon dress!?!?

This dress has been tucked away for about a year and when I pulled it out, it has a couple thick patches of what I can only think is toothpaste. I'm sure my 2 year-old is the culprit. Anyhow, how do I get it out. Luckily, it is very dark blue so hopefully any stain wouldn't be too noticeable in a dark nightclub.

Hand wash in cold water, toothepaste is very sudsy so it might take a little bit.

well, ask Monica Lewinsky. She thought her dress had toothpaste on it too!

Wash it according to instructions. I’ve never not had toothpaste come out in the normal wash, and if it’s dry clean only, the cleaner should have no trouble with it.
