How do I get whites Bright in the Laundry

My white tshirts and white tank tops are Turing yellow.. I use bleach and Tide liquid detergent.

Brighten laundry whites. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice to the wash cycle of a normal-size load.

Also, it could be your water, installing a filter may help too, especially if you get well water or water with a lot of iron in it.

You could also try soaking them/washing them in oxyclean, it works really well too.

If you have hard water, you'll need a water softener most likely.

Bleach will give your clothes a yellow tint over time (crazy I know) something about our eyes seeing color wavelengths and when we look at whites, it'll take on a yellowish tinge. I heard something about adding some blue to the water to even out the tint, but I'm not really sure how that works. you can research that out and test it to see how it works.
