go for it! talk to her. tell her you like her and what you are thinking. i have a good friend who is paralized and i know she wants to have s*x w,. guys even  though she is paralized, she missed the whole expeience even if she cant feel what she cant feel. this girl would prob be way into it. but also understand that it might be really emotional for her but thats cool, you can work it out.
