Question:

How do I get wood stain out of my trousers?

I was painiting the shed with woodstain and split it on my trousers....anyone know if it'll come out and how?

  1. The guy in the paint department at Home Depot recommended Krud Kutter for paint. I don't know if it works for stain, but it worked for the paint I was using.  They sell it at Home Depot & at Wal-Mart.


  2. You can try emailing the manufacturer, but I doubt very much there is anything you can do - now.  My stepdad was a signpainter, and Mom had to grab his coat and get him to change as soon as he walked in from church, or he'd get in his shop, and there went another set of clothes.

    The answer to this is - change clother, or wear an apron or coveral of some sort.  I mean, it is called stain, so ... don't you expect it to be permanent?

  3. There is generally a phone number on cans of products in case you have questions.  If possible, look for that number and give them a call.

    Otherwise, look up "Laundry problems" on Google.

  4. your gonna have wood stained trousers. no getting that out
