Appetizers:

Taco Dip:

2 softened cream cheese.

1 16oz sour cream

1 packet taco seasoning.

Mix with mixer. Put in bottom of a cookie sheet. Top with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and green onions. Use the cheese but you can altered the rest to your taste, maybe add black olives. Make 2 of these. Serve with tostitos scoops.

Whole pineppple into chunks. Slice strawberries. Add whole table grapes no seeds, add chunks of watermelon, and cut oranges in slices cut into triangles. This is best made the night before so that the juices run together.

Cheese tray with crackers:

Hot taco dip.

Take 1 can refried beans (for vegetarian not made with lard). Heat in microwave. Spread on dinnerr plate. Top with 4 cheese mexican shredded cheese. Serve with Doritos.

Silver dollar sandwiches:  Buy the buns at any grocery store in the bakery dept (made by the store).  Buy shaved ham, turkey and beef.  Buy american cheese and cut in triagles.  Spread soft real butter on the rolls, add the meat, cheese and you can add lettuce too if desired.  These are small hand size sandwiches and perfect.  See a picture example at heb.com just put silver dollar in the search bar.
