How do I give away free airline tickets?

I work in a travel related field and would like to give my complimentary tickets to local service men and women serving in Iraq/Afganistan...Air travel is getting more expensive and I thought this would be helpful for them to visit family on leave. I contacted the local Red Cross and spoke to several people and they said it was a great idea and took down all of my information, but I've never heard back from them??? Any ideas???

Hi if you have trouble shifting tickets to oz let me know maybe you can help me, I need to get a cheap flight from paris in nov to sydney or brisbane and come back in feb. I dont have much money but am desperate to see my friends again x

Contact the USO.  If anyone can point you in the right direction, they can.

Make sure those tickets are transferable, without restrictions BTW.
