  1. short layers. or layers at all.

    blowdrying it upside down.

putting it in a scrunchie/hair tie for like an hour before going out and then spritzing it with hair spray.

if you mean smelly chemicals as in the certain products they have out there specifically to give you more bounce and body then i don't know. cause i'd say those are good to try if you aren't opposed to them.

shampoo/conditioner made for giving your hair more body.

  2. try using some volumizing shampoo and conditioner then blow dry your hair upside down

  3. I just use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner and then blow dry my hair, Dove works well for me.  I have really thin, limp hair.  Hope this helps, though it seems pretty simple.

  4. Always blowdry upside down! Use a brush while upside down to comb towards the floor! It will give your roots a lift!

  5. A great trick i learned? Use corn starch. (hopefully your hair is on the light side), mine is black, so im just careful of how much i use. I got the idea from my Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo which de-greases and adds volume.

So after letting your hair air dry, put hair in a high high on top of your head  style pony tail, then sprinkle in s tiny pinch of corn starch throughout the top of your head. Take hair down, then toss and brush. This should add a bit of texture.

    Good luck!

Oh yeah, or large velcro rollers.

  6. i have reely curly hair so its a ittle bit easier but blowdrying it upside down help. if u ever watch shear genius they did an episode w/ like peenut butter and stuff of u wanna watch fer laughs
