I'm representing a club at school. Also, can I get hours for tutoring a friend on school work? I heard that only a signature is needed. Thanks~!

Yes, you should document the hours you volunteered for and the places. Then have your supervisor/coordinator of the event/site sign it. As for giving hours, you need to advertise around the school. people will come in droves if they really cared about community service. Those people will have to do the same thing, and you have to sign as the leader/supervisor/coordinator of the club.
