  1. Wait till you are 18 and then move out.

  2. You can't. You can be emancipated by court order. Contact the Clerk of Courts in your county to find out how. You'll need really good reasons. Mom won't let me do stuff or like me will

    not do it.

  3. well it really depends how old you are,...courts just dont allow just any body to do it for any reason they want...there has to be a really good reason for that...like when macualay culkins parents were stealing his money from him ( the kid from home alone) or there is signs of child abuse physical mental , etc...so first if this is just more then teenage parental anger over something stupid then talk to a lawyer and they will tell you the steps needed to take this step.....but think about it long and hard...cause its for life....

  4. well you can't 'annul' your mother, no matter what she will ALWAYS be your mother... however i think you are really inquiring about becoming emancipated, which means legally you would be an adult, no longer under your mother's control. how to do this well you are going to need to have GOOD reasons and prove you are responsible enough to care for yourself, a lawyer should be able to advise you on the steps you'll need to take, I'd imagine each state is different, but it is done through the courts

EDIT: having good reasons is not enough, you need to prove you are ready to live as an adult... if your situation with your mom is abusive but you aren't prepared to be a responsible adult you are better off looking into reporting your situation to CPS

  5. You don't annull a parent.   You annull a marriage.

  6. For starters it's called emancipation from your parents. I hope the following link helps.
