I have been streching for quite a while but my left leg at the thigh just won't go down to the floor. My right leg is perfect and my left leg is quite flexible, but i don't know what to do now!! Streching has improved my kicks and leaps but not my splits. I do things like lunges, reverse lunges , head to knee streches and hold the split position. I just need help. Also I can't really point my toes. How do you get a ballerinas shaped pointed toe?? Thanks , please answer x*x i know I already asked this, and thanks to those who answered, but I need more help.
