How do I go about double-spacing my text on Windows Word 2003?

  1. Hit ctrl+a  then Ctrl+2


  2. You can either double space after you have typed, by highlighting and then using Ctrl 2 or the text spacing icon on the toolbar, just after the text alignments or change to double spacing before you start typing, again either Ctrl2 or use the spacing icon or even right button of mouse, paragraph, line spacing.

  3. Click on FORMAT/PARAGRAPH, then open the INDENTS AND SPACING TAB.

    Click on the LINE SPACING box, then click on DOUBLE.

    Click OKAY.
