How do I go about filing a complaint about my mail/post office?

I subscribe to the Blockbuster video delivery service and my movies either come opened - or - not at all...

The federal goverment is over All postoffices .Contact the postmaster general, Washington,DC .area code 202-268-2282 .Also you can contact the elected offical for your area .US Senator ,US Congressman  .If you don't know who they are or how to reach them , call your local public libary .If you don't have a libary near you , call a school .Someome such as a superantent,teacher,will know who the elected officals are .

If you think somebody is opening or stealing your mail, file a complaint with the US Postal Inspectors office.
