  1. marry him in Israel

then go to the US consulate  in Tel Aviv with your husband.

go through a interview and he will receive his green card upon arrival in the States.

you will be bringing in your husband.

i married a dutch woman in Holland

i took her to the US consulate she was interviewed

when we arrived in new York her green card was waiting for her at the airport.

  2. please try calling immmagration and see what is required, that way youmake no mistakes

  3. well first marry him.check your state's clerk of the court website for what is necessary to obtain a marriage certificate.he is already a resident isn't he? If not file the I-130 petition for adjustment of status.as you will have been married less than 2 years he will receive a conditional green card then in 90 days prior to the 2 years he has held the card he will need to petition to remove the conditions.

  4. Apply for a K-1 visa.  Report all illegal employers at http://wehirealiens.com/

  5. get a good Immigration lawyer..they have all the paperwork

  6. After you are married.....

    You file I-130, I-864 and G-325A

    He files I-485, I-131, I-765 and G-325A

File them at the same time, in the same envelope. The cost to file is $1,365.

In less than 90 days he'll get a work permit.

In about 6 months he'll have his interview.

In about a year he'll get his green card in the mail.
