How do I go about obtaining Latvian Citizenship for my daughter born in the US?

My daughter was born in the US and I would like to know what forms I need and where to file to get Latvian Citizenship.

are you already registered at the Latvia embassy  in the US? you will have to do this first ,

you need your birth certificate, Latvian passport , pictures ,your official address with a bill, such as electric or gaz ,

they will issue you a certificate issued by the diplomatic consulars as proof of you citizenship registered at the embassy as a Lativian in the US,

after that you can register your daughter to acquire citizenship ,birth certificates of parents ,hers, not sure how many pictures ? but you can get them done ,

how old is your daughter ? from 14years to 18 years , you must have her written agreement to desire the Lativian citizenship

that is all i remember , but when you get registered , they will give all the forms necessary for her .
