How do I go about resolving or dividing a shared driveway without the other owner cooperation?

If you share a driveway and it leads to both yours and his property,   it is considered a "right of way"    Neither of you can claim to it.      Its there,   can't change the fact it is a right of way.   Neither you or him block it,  that is illegal.

Have someone come out and mark the property line for you and build a fence.
