How do I go about selling my own spice mixes?

I am considering making my own spice mixes and selling them. My family loves my fajitas, spaghetti, pizza, pie, ect spice mixes. How can I do that? Do I have to be FDA approved for something like that? Is it worth the energy, time and effort? I have two kiddos under 5 and we want to have one more. Is this just a great idea with bad timing? What do you all think?

put them  in small baggies and tell people its weed

As far as labeling - you do have to be FDA compliant if you are planning on selling them in a grocery store.
