How do I go about with humidity tents?

Question

Im trying to root cuttings and I need to know some specifics about humidity.People say you can use bottle or a plastic bag and put your cutting (with a pot and all that stuff >.>) inside it for humidity.

I couldn't find if I had to have holes in the bag/bottle or what.

Some say you want to have some holes for circulation.

Others say just leave it and then open the bag for 15 minutes a day.... for circulation.

Which do I do? :(

when Ive used plastic bags to promote rooting I just keep an eye on them, if you cant see in the bag because of too much moisture open up for awhile till the plastic clears. What are you trying to root?
