  1. I'm sure that most of the bus routes in Westchester County are wheelchair accessible. I know that the #5 bus goes to White Plains, however I don't know what bus to transfer to (the Bee Line Bus map is notoriously hard to read). I believe you can transfer to the #60 bus as it runs close to the Court House. If that is too circuitous for you, contact Bee Line Para-Transit. They have wheelchair accessible buses that will take you curb-to-curb straight to the Court House and back home whenever you need to go. It's a shared ride program, so you might not get the bus all to yourself, but you can schedule rides in advance to fit your schedule.
