  1. Theres one thing to remember besides stop being lazy: THERE IS not magic answer. Im not saying you think there is but just remember there isnt. Try doing exercise after eating like get one of those bikes that stay in place/a treadmile and a video on it memorize the rution and then do it while watching Tv or something. DONT get one and start really fast becuse you CAN and most likely WILL break something. It hurst if you do. Or join a sport you like such as badmittion basketball etc

  2. Stop smoking control your diet by eating healthy and begin exercise.

Run easy, slow enough so you can talk, run until you need to walk and then walk until you feel like running again.

Run/walk for 20 to 30 minutes at least 3 to 5 times each week.

In a month you should be able to run the entire distance.

After 4 to 6 weeks increase your distance by about 25%, and run 5 to 6 days each week.

The biggest danger is doing too much too soon.

Don't increase your distance ahead of schedule, warm up and cool down after each run, drink plenty of water.

You will feel and see the difference in about 4 to 6 weeks.

Remember this is a lifetime challenge, not something to do for a few weeks or months.

  3. The big thing is that if you: smoke, are out of shape and/or have bad eating habits, that trying to quit all of them at one time will feel extreme and you will likely only last a few weeks. The key is to do one thing at a time. I would suggest quitting smoking first, because you're not going to be able to run efficiently with smokers' lungs, then gradually impliment good eating and exercise in. You can start good eating and exercise w/ stopping to smoke, but don't focus on it. Focus on the smoking first. Find something that you like to do to help you get in shape: sand volleyball, skateboarding, soccer, hiking, trampoline, etc.....likely starting a running routine up alone will not be very much fun until you're in a little better shape- depending on how much exercise you already get! That's all for now.
