How do I go in and clean up my files to give me more room.?

I want to clean up my history files from spyware and cookies. How do I do that?

Click on start, accessories, system tools, disc cleanup, and then defrag......it surely helps, always jumping around on here you get a build up, and if you have not done this before, after you are completed...you will be able to fly through anything.

CCleaner is a free app that will do that and much more.Just put CCleaner in your search.MajorGeeks also may have it.

Click on tools at top of page,on drop down click internet options ...On the box which appears...click delete cookies,//temp files,,then click the clear history button

click on tools on your browser click on interent options click where it says clear history click that, then click delete cookies,there all gone
