How do I go to College in France, and yes im American

when I graduate from high scool, I want to go to college in France, but how hard will it be for me to do this, and how hard will it be for me to get a job

It will be difficult to get into a French university as they are all state run and are really for French and other EU citizens.  I hope that your French is good.  As for a job, without additional skills, it will also be difficult.

You may get a student trade with france etc.... Dont be fooled though, the immigration to most countries is much more difficult than to america.  Ironically, Mexico even keeps immigrants as second class citizens indiscriminately.  America is supposed to be the bad guy about immigration, but have the most leanient laws.  Even let in and pay for illegals.
