How do I graph a scatter plot with a TI-84 calculator ?

I have been trying, and I looked at many website already, but my calculator won't show the correct graph! Thanks!

you go into 'stat', 'edit' and you input the data into L1 and L2. Once you have the data in there, go to 'y=' and go up to 'PLOT 1' and highlight. Then hit 'graph'. You might have to make an appropiate window.
