well first you must put it in point slope form

2y=-x-4

move x switch sign

divide 2

y=-1/2x-2

now you can plug it into a graphing calculator or

you can plug in zero for x the graph (0,-2) the from that

point you use the slope -1/2 go down 1 over 2
