How do I grill chicken thighs w/ skin on the grill???

  1. Depending on your grill, I would first put a little bit of olive oil and some herbs onto the chicken thighs, then cook on a slow heat at first, then turn the heat up to continue cooking!  You do not want burnt skin, but raw chicken inside!!

    To know if they are done, just stab them in their thickest part, to see if the juices run clear ie no blood.

  2. This is simple, if you cut it or punctor it and the blood is red, its not cooked.  If you can see the juices running out clear then it is done!

    Same applies for red meat too...

  3. Charles is right, but watch the grill because of the high fat content of dark meat chicken the grill will flare up alot. Keep a glass of water on hand to put out the flare ups. Enjoy, when they are cooked, they're very tender and tasty.
