How do I grow a plant? . (Any answers are appreciated since im DESPERATE FOR QUICK ANSWERS)?

I need tips on how to grow a moved plant - meaning that its not from a seed -

i took it out with the roots and put it into new soil - what do i need to do to make it grow successfully? charcoal? what!!!

By planting it.

Once you have put it into new soil, all you need to do now is water it, if you DO NOT water it, then it would not continue to grow like it was in the beginning. As the plant grow it would need supporting...... If the flower look dry and it start to look like it is about 2 tip over and fall..then it is dieing...So IMMEDIATELY water the plant.

Just replant it in some soil and keep it well watered and it will grow again quite well.
