everyone in my family is taller than me, I'm 19 years old and i really want to grow taller. I really think I don't eat well enough since i live alone and I never cook. so can someone tell me what nutritional nourishment i should focus on. protein shakes, multi-vitamins? cooking and buying fruit is too expensive for me (uni-student) so what suppliments can i take to maximise my bodies growth potential.
