ok, today i had a panic attack in my history class. It started because the girl who sits in front of me cracked her back on the seat, and bones, and especially the bones people's backs freak me out a lot. This isn't the first times it's happened. Freshman year it happened in health class when we had to watch a video on eating disorders.

SO anyway i got really lightheaded and asked to go to the bathroom. I thought once i got out of the room and got some air i would feel better, but i didn't. I couldn't see and my ears started ringing. I just sat in the bathroom till i could see. Then i went to the nurses office. I was just going to see if i could have a granola bar or something, but she made a huge deal about it. She called my mom and got the TA to get my stuff out of the class. I started crying and she called my mom again. So...basically with all this info,if you were in my situation what would you do? Ask to move seats? I mean, everyone's gonna know if i move seats, we're in alphabetical order, and also as i was waiting for my ride after school, this girl in that class with a big mouth saw me crying, so like they're gonna know something is up if all of a sudden me and that girl switch places. I don't want to be mean, it's nothing personal against her, just her nasty back-cracking ways. Please help.

  1. People do afraid of something. In my opinion, your fear is too strong, how about consulting a professional to overcome this, instead of finding a way to avoid it. So that you cure it once and for all, by finding the root cause.

  2. I would just ask to move.

just say u cant see from where u are,

or the girl in front of you is taller then u and and u cant see

or u need glasses or something.

u don't have to tell them why, u can just make up an excuse.

hope i helped :/ anyways i get it
