How do I handle this?

On Wednesday night my house phone started ringing at 9:30 pm. So I thought it was an emergency or something. It was no one. Thursday morning, we get another call. They hung up as soon as I answered. Again at about 3:00 pm. Thursday, ANOTHER phone call, nobody, and finally at 9:07 pm. last night, the guy called yet another time and didn't hang up, just didn't say anything. We don't have caller id so my sister called star 69 and it said the number wasn't available (so I thought is was either a buisness or someone calling and hiding their number). It is really creeping me out, because on Wednesday just hours before we got the first call, I got a picture message on my cellphone. In it was a gray and white picture with 2 fingers forming a heart and it said, "Love is in the air. Send this to your true love and back to the person who sent it to you or you will be cursed with bad love forever." (the number that sent it to me was not famillar.) Help please!

Call your phone company and see if they can but call trace on your line. If you have your phone service through a reseller and not the main telco of your city, then they may not be able to do a trace with out a police report.

get caller id. call the phone company and see if they can track the number at the times you noted. then see if they can block it.

That is creepy, next time when it calls ( i use the term it because i don't know if its a man or woman or possible heshe ) start talking about how much you love cheese and then maybe they'll stop calling
