How do I hang out with my brother who is 9 years younger?

He's 10 this year and about to enter Intermediate school.

I'll be 19 this year and entering my 2nd year in college.

This whole summer has been devoted to "maplestory" and "pokemon ds" and all that stuff, but no real people interaction b/c we live in a neighborhood w/lots of oldies and some of the younger kids have older siblings with..er.."bad reps"..

so it's just me and him and my 20yrs old sister who is always at work, but when she's here she only encourages his obsession w/Maplestory by playing as well..

I want us to have a good bond, but since we're not like "brother-brother" (I'm his sister) I don't really play so many sports with him...and I find it hard to interest myself in his games...

how do you hang out with brother who is younger by 9 yrs?!

Take him place: movies, museum, zoo, playground, swimming,  baseball games, etc. Take turns choosing places. My brother is 11 years younger than me and we have lots of fun playing board games.

take him out don't let him sit in all day on his ds as he will find that more interesting,

let him choose were he wants to go he will feel more respect towards you if you let him choose.

maplestory is a nice game,,,why dont u play with him (even if u hate it) and pretend that game is really cool and start playing with him
