How do I have a America pen-pal?

I'm come from Chinese Taiwan, My Engilsh very poor. So I wish to have a English pen- pal. We can use e-mail . By the way I can teach Traditional Chinese.

well i am not an american but an indian and my english is also poor so can you become my pen pal or when you find a pen pal could you just tell him/her about me look i am in 8 grade,  a girl wolud you please???
