How do I have a picture instead of my avitar be my representative image for fantasy football?

So i've had an avitar as my picture, or logo for fantasy football for the past few years (instead of the helmets). However, i've noticed that a couple of other owners in my league were able to have pictures or other images to represent their team. I've found a few pictures that would work and I'm able to upload them into yahoo but i'm not able to select them for my team(i picked them up off of the internet and they aren't racey or otherwise inappropriate). What gives?

You go to your team page and you click on Edit Team Settings - and then at the images potion you click on select your own image, and then you upload one from a file you've saved to your computer.  Just save the photo to your desktop and then upload from there.  Good luck this season!
