How do I have mail to the moderator go only to the moderator?

Question

We have a private list which requires people to be invited. When someone writes a note to the moderator (me) to provide me with the name and address of a new member, how do they get that information to only me without sending it to the entire list?

they can use the owner address, located at the bottom of the group or send it directly to your e-mail address. if you have an out going file that explains giving an address, include the address to send that info back to

there is an owner address which is sent to the owners and moderators only, and not to the list

this will generally be shown on your homepage, and will look something like:

[e-mail]
