How do I have someone's cell phone number added to telemarketer's lit?

I have been harrassed by someone and I want to have their cell phone number called by telemarketers. I would also like to have their email address flooded with junk mail.

just put their # in all the ring tone sites

or on any site that asks for a #  is sure to sell it to telemarketers

go to a p**n site or 2 and add their email to the free pic or email updates,,,,pow flooded with p**n

and throw in a work at home ,,free grant site,, .........
