How do I heal this problem?

Ok football tryouts are in a few hours and I really want to be quarterback so yesterday a spent almost all day practicing on my throwing with my cousin and then when we finished my thumb from throwing hand was hurting my shoulder and my elbow is there anyway to heal this at east a bit before tryouts?? Please respond quick

  1. try an Icey Hot, or try ice, theres also many creams and other stuff to help, but those are the two i use:ice and an icey hot patch.

    you could also try taping  your arm and hand. tell your coach that you are a bit injured from practicing yesterday (coaches love it when they know their players are practicing at home) and that you will be better in a few days or after practice.


  2. To late you should have iced it down yesterday.

    Try a sports cream it may help with some of the discomfort

  3. Rub Icy Hot or some other type of sports cream on it and definitely stretch it really well before you throw the football, so that you do not pull anything.  

  4. Quit being so soft! If you think you are going to be a starting QB you had better toughen up!
