There is a 17 year old girl at my work that is being abused by her boyfriend. She came in last week with bruises under both her eyes. She said her and her boyfriend were playing around and he accidentally elbowed her in the nose. She had x-rays and they showd that her sinuses were smashed and her nose was broke. Anyway I asked her yesterday if her boyfriend hit her. She said "we have our problems". l told her she needed to get out of the relationship, and to tell her mom. She said she wouldn't do that. He told her if she leaves him, he will kill her. She also told me that it didn't matter if she left him or not, she would just pick another guy who hits her. She thinks it is her destany. She is a pretty girl, and deserves so much better, but she doesn't think so. I am scared he will kill her. Any man that will hit a woman so hard that it breaks her nose and crushes her sinuses has a huge problem. Does anyone have any suggestions

  1. You need to go to her parents... and tell them.

Call a police and tell them.

    It's her life don't hesitate.

  2. Dont just sit there and watch your friend or coworker get killed slowly. Are you kidding I would have said something to your boss. Serious. NO matter what this girl will thank you in the end. She needs to understand that that is not life. Not all guys are like that. And she needs to quit putting herself around those types of guys.

  3. hide her in your house & call the cop on that dude

    wait till he's in jail

  4. She is her own worst enemy. Do you have a Human Resources Dept at your work? Get someone there to talk to her. She needs therapy and police protection. She can swear out an order of protection that will keep him away from her.

She will be dead before she's 21 unless she gets help.

  5. cops

  6. I would tell someone at school.  They will talk to her and get her the proper help.  I'm not sure the police can do anything if she isn't willing to file a complaint.  You could tell her mother, but it is possible that her mother lives the same way if she thinks it is ok.

  7. i've been in a situation kind of like this my bf was hurting me really bad my best friend called the police and she did not tell me so the police pretty much came to my house when my parents were gone and when i didn't no i had to talk to them i was so upset and so scared so call the police but let ur friend no in advance

  8. call the po-po!

  9. You call the police or the social. Then tell a teacher or parent. He needs to be taken away from her and society.

  10. CALL THE COPS, QUICKLY!

  11. Talk to their parent or a teacher. They need to get out of that relationship. Even if she doesn't want you to, do it.
