  1. Start by teaching her the rules !

    BASIC rules that is !

Then let the coach do the rest !

(Because then why the heck do we have coaches if you teach them the whole thing ?? )

    Harden her hands !

It makes it easier for her to serve, set and dig in the games !

Make a hole in a tennis ball ..

Make her squeeze the living day lights out of that ball !

Her palms and fingers will definitely strengthen by this !

Take her to the gym !

    Make her fit !

    Go for runs !

So she can be on her feet all the time on the courts !

And last but not least ! Remind her to ..

    "Believe in herself !"

Encourage her every time she does things right !

    It helps !

  2. run with her.

practice in your backyard- toss the ball to her and have her pass it to you

serve the ball against a wall

wall sits are good to.. since volleyball is all legs

    basically running leg strengthening

  3. Really make sure that she is constantly touching a ball this summer.  Also running, becasue endurance is vital in volleyball.  It would really help if she went to some camps or even took some private lessons.  What is most helpful though is playing with some other girls that are going to be trying out.  It really helps if the girls have some experience playing with each other before the season starts.  Basically, just make sure she stays in shape and works hard.  Good luck!!   :D

  4. Practice with her go to a gym together or  just an pen area and help her. there are tons of sites That help th volleyball. I'm a volleyball player Sites like these helped me http://www.strength-and-power-for-volley...

if you don't like that one just google for more

    also encourage her

Buy her some kneepads and a personal volleyball that way she can practice whenever

    Good luck

  5. help her and be supportive. i hate when my mom is helping me, and doesn't say good job(i know, i sound stuck up) but preparing for tryouts can be ultra stressful!

  6. put her in a camp or send her to open gym. It really helps.
