I'm going to a dinner banquet and need to video tape the speaker, and a conversation afterwards-I don't have the money to buy one of those button hidden cameras but I do need to tape this for evidence in a legal case where the police have me doing all the work.

The camera is a sony handycam if that helps.

  1. Dont put it in your purse. Cut a hole in your hat and poke it out. Decorate it from the outside to look like a sunflower.

That was on an episode of thats so raven. :)

  2. since you are not experienced or practiced in this, i would forget the video. Its just too hard to point the camera, the pictures you get would just detract from the evidentuary value, especially if shows the underside of someones skirt.

You need to record the audio from the speach and the interview after, that can be done better with a memory card or "pocket pen" recorder like students use to record lectures. If you have an ipod, you can get a recording mic for under $34.

  3. I would see about renting something smaller since you can't afford to buy one. I know they have some that are made to be hooked to a helmet or googles for sports enthusiasts. (I don't know if anyone would have the little spy cams on glasses to rent but you could see.) You should have some type of AV rental nearby...I know I have seen them online.

  4. cover it up with tampons :)

  5. If the police really "have you doing all the work" then they should pay for it.

I hope you don't get caught.

If it is a Sony DCR-HC96, consider connecting a helmet cam. The lens is smaller. If not, the lens will be big and it will be obvious and not hidden.

  6. BEST OF LUCK

  7. cut a hoile in ur purse and stick the lens through..always keep it tucked so noone sees it until iots time to tapee
