How do I hide an erection when everybody can see my briefs?

I have an erection problem and I don't want my friends seeing it how do i make it unnoticeable?

im 13 and i get them all the time when i change for p.e, so i know how you feel. alot of other people get them and just flash them off to everyone, like they dont care.
