  1. Hit the Cue ball on the bottom half and pull your cue back really fast to get the spin on it!

  2. If you're trying to stop the cue ball or draw it backwards,  make certain that you are keeping your cue as parallel to the playing surface of the table as possible and your point of contact with your cue should be toward the bottom of the cue ball. Follow through with your stroke. You will have little success in trying to draw the cue ball if the butt of your cue is jacked up in the air.

If you're trying to get the cue ball moving forward after the shot you have to make the object ball to the far side of the pocket. If you make the object ball head toward the far left side of the pocket the cue ball should go toward the right rail. Use a little top left or right depending on which way you're shooting and use follow in the cue ball.

  3. if you hit it at the bottom , with alot of power the Q ball will s***w backwards towards towards you. However, you should try to avoid hitting the side of the ball, as this generates side spin and this will send the cue-ball off in a different direction.

  4. Aim towards the bottom of the ball and hit really hard, then move the stick fast, and if done correctly the cue will come right back to you.

  5. if you hit it at the bottom  , with alot of power the Q ball will spin back towards your direction

then you pot all the balls and win :D

  6. It's called draw   hit the cue ball low and ball will spin back  Want to shoot some 9 ball ?

  7. Low hit with a smothe follow stroke

String or rubber band !! sorry I thought Johnny's comment was funny

  8. Capt. do you have a string tied to your stick & cue ball thats just plain silly

L.L. got it stay level with lots of follow through

  9. Get a copy of this video if you can: Byrne's Pool and Billiards, by Robert Byrne

you'll be able to draw it all the way down the table.

  10. keep ur cue parallel to the table. YOU DO NOT need power but u need follow through.eg. after u strike the cue ball follow ur cue a further 6 inches or so on the stroke..like a golf swing. you will notice the difference the same time.
