How do I hold a conversation with a girl?

Listening would be the key, once in awhile throw in your opinion about whatever the conversation might be about, and just go w/ the flow, but listening is the key cuz it will show your interest in her...my opinion

just talk to her the same way you would talk to the guys, maybe not the same things you talk about the guys with (some of the things us guys talk about may not be her thing)

talk with her about something you know she likes and the conversation will flow

Best questions are about herself. Ask her about her interests and dreams.  Her do's and don'ts etc.etc.
