  1. is there 3 holes on your dvd player that are red , yellow , white ?

if not then there schould be a scart outlet get a scart lead plug it into your dvd player and then on your tv the other end

if you could post a picture of your tv outlets it would help a lot

  2. I'm assuming that your DVD player has the red, white, and yellow RCA ports in it, and that your TV doesn't have those ports. You can hook it up to your TV with either a VCR, or a cable box. Remember to refer to the red, white, and yellow cable to an RCA cable. First, run an RCA cable coming from your DVD player's RCA output, into an RCA input in either a VCR, or a cable box. Then, run a coaxial cable coming from the coaxial output in your VCR or cable box, into a coaxial input in your TV. Now, your cable box or VCR is on channel 3 or 4 on your TV, and you must put your cable box or VCR on the proper input channel to watch DVD's.
