How do I hook up my PS3 to my TV without unplugging anything on my cable box?

I noticed my cable box has the 3 input plugs that the PS3 cords uses....is there a way I could use those plugs?

  1. I have mine hooked up via a HDMI cable.  My satellite box uses one of the other HDMI inputs on my tv.  We just push the TV input button and it switches to the whatever input we need.
